PINTUCKED PANTS IN BLUE HERRINGBONE WOOL-LINEN

A fine pair of pants, slightly tapered at the bottom. The fabric is woven in a subtle herringbone design. The cuff of the pants is about 13 inches or 33 cm in circumference, and the fit is not too tight. These pants are cut from soft mix of wool and linen and are perfect for spring, early summer and fall. We made these pants on the same principles as classic men’s pants, sturdy and enduring, all parts crafted and put together by hand.
These pants were designed to end a little above the ankle. Please drop us a note if you want them slightly shorter or longer.

• FABRIC

  60% Virgin wool, 40% linen, roughly 280grams/m. We are told this is a dead-stock fabric and you, sadly, won’t be seeing a lot of it.

• CONSTRUCTION

  These pants were crafted entirely by hand, essentially as they were a hundred years ago, using nothing more than a sewing machine, some thread and a needle. If taken care of, these pants will last you a long time.

  – The pants have side-adjusters on both sides.
  – All the parts of the pants are softly constructed by hand.
  – Reinforced inside crotch area with a replaceable patch.
  – Half-lined to the knee with Cupro lining.
  – Inside of the cuffs strengthened against fraying using a cotton strip.

• MILL

  This fabric was milled by Lanificio Fratelli Tallia di Delfino, a 120 year old mill producing some of the best woolen fabrics one can find.

  Please dry clean only.

• SHIPPING

  All shipping is free. We use USPS as our main courier. We strive to deliver your order in roughly two weeks. Please bear in mind that ordering made-to-measure, hand-made clothing from a family-owned workshop is not the same as ordering a mass-produced item for quick delivery from a fulfillment facility.
  We carefully fold our clothing down to create small packages that help reduce our carbon footprint. Our packaging does not use any plastic. This helps reduce waste and keep our prices low. All the paper we use for wrapping and shipping can be recycled.
  To help us reduce waste and environmental harm without reducing your enjoyment of your purchase, please be sure to iron or steam each piece back into shape when you receive it in the mail.

• LIFETIME REPAIRS

  Whenever your article of clothing needs some repair, mail it to us. We’ll mend it and send it back to you at no cost.

• CIRCULAR LIFE

  As all our clothes are made of natural fibers, whenever you feel your article of clothing has lived its useful life, send it back to us. Almost all parts of it can be upcycled.
