TWO BUTTON JACKET IN DARK BROWN LINEN

This plaid jacket, made in Belgian linen, is designed to be totally forgotten once you have it on, all the while making you look casually well-dressed and keeping you warm. We achieve this by sewing this jacket to your specific measurements, keeping the jacket unstructured, unlined and with natural soft shoulders. Completely crafted by hand, it is meant to become an extension of you. We make this jacket as the traditional men’s jackets were made, completely hand-sewn over a duration of roughly 40 hours by a single artisan, in their own workshop.

• FABRIC

  100% Belgian linen. Washed linen effect. Roughly 220gr/m. The fabric is dark brown in color.

• CONSTRUCTION

  This jacket was crafted entirely by hand, essentially as it was a hundred years ago, using nothing more than a sewing machine, some thread and a needle. If taken care of, this jacket will last you a long time.

  – This is a 2-button jacket.
  – The jacket has 2 patch pockets and a welted breast pocket.
  – The jacket is unlined and has soft shoulders, without any padding.
  – The jackets sleeves have functioning buttons.
  – All the buttons are real horn.
  – The jacket has two vents at the back.

  This fabric was woven by a small Japanese textile mill from linen grown in Belgium.

  All shipping is free. We use USPS as our main courier. We strive to deliver your order in roughly two weeks. Please bear in mind that ordering made-to-measure, hand-made clothing from a family-owned workshop is not the same as ordering a mass-produced item for quick delivery from a fulfillment facility.
  We carefully fold our clothing down to create small packages that help reduce our carbon footprint. Our packaging does not use any plastic. This helps reduce waste and keep our prices low. All the paper we use for wrapping and shipping can be recycled.
